I had leaking issues for over a year in my condo. The board was no help, roofing specialists were no help and I felt lost. I was referred to Exterior Window & Siding. Unlike other contractors, Jim and his team were actually willing to help me! After an initial consultation, the team determined that the leak was from my bonus room on the roof. We would need to replace the sliding door and all the DryVit siding. After replacing the door, the team determined that the siding did not need to be replaced as the door was the source of the leak. Most of all, I appreciate the leak being fixed! In addition, I appreciate the team saving me time and money by realizing and recommending that the siding did not need replacement. Great results. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome!!
